After designing a ported box for my single Rockford Fosgate P3 10 inch subwoofer, it's finally time to cut out the parts and put it together! I used a table saw to carefully cut out all the parts from 3/4in MDF (Medium Density fiberboard). I cut out the subwoofer hole with a router and special guide. Then I assembled it with, drill, impact driver, liquid nails, silicone caulking. and wood screws. Thanks for Watching, have fun, and be safe!

(John) Enjoyed video alot, very informative bro...

(OgCanada) I wish someone would tell the guy how dangerous mdf is for your lungs. A dust mask will not protect you. When punching holes in mdf if you are burning board and inhaling dust with fumes with no respiratory protection this is how you get cancer or worse.. When handling clean mdf with bare hands you need to wash hands extremely well after because it contains formaldehyde

(Moses Sanchez) What’s the HZ for this 10” box?

(jeffrey wolf) Too funny you're using a router to cut the woofer out and a dull drill bit to pre-drill the holes.. proper and Sharp Tools make all the difference

(RobHTech) nice vid. I suppose you could always use two different size boards, 1/2" X baffle or 3/4" X baffle, then 3/4" for the sides, or something like that, esp. if space is limited. Does 3M 77 or another 3m spray or gorilla glue spray work for carpeting a fiberglass box?

(Sujeev Icf) Wheather it is suitable for home or not?

(Raymond Hernandez) Can you make one for a wedged box? One for a single cab Silverado or any truck? Thank you!

(Faded_Ruko) the bit was “dull” because you used the wrong type of bit..that bit is for steel

(Timothy Blaze) Hello, my friend. Just wanna say this is a great video to learn some things on... but I have two of these subs... so would I just double the measurements??? Please help.. I appreciate it buddy, thank you!!!

(Harrison) What’s the depth of the sub?

(Firman Syah) ask for advice from friends, if the size for Rockford P3D4 12inc,

(Durga prasad Beera) Use 850 watt dainty subwoofer bro

(salvatore iannone) Nice Job, what model of sub Woofer use in these box?

(Travis Gulley) Quick question will the subwoofer enclosure itself flex from the vibration

(1SickF150) How much do I need to leave the port area apart??

(Street Angel) Great video brother...very very very well done 9/10💯💯🤝

(Jack) Damn this video rocks, easily the best on YouTube. Makes me wish I had a P3 so I could just copy you lol!

(CJ on 24s) Nuce job but I dont recommmend using liquid nails adhesive, use wood glue its so much stronger and will last alot longer than any adhesive

(Scot&Tiffani McCord) Thanks bud.

(romaine pope) How much cu ft is this box ?
